We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at care@primeporter.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Our team responds within 24 working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm). Please note all return and exchange requests are handled exclusively over email — we are unable to process requests over the phone.
What We Accept
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unstained and odour-free
- In original condition with all tags and labels intact
Size Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on all regular-priced items. Simply email us within 2 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the process.
Please note:
- A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted to cover the cost of collecting the item from your address
- Only one exchange request will be entertained per order
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds except in the case where an incorrect product has been delivered. If you have received the wrong item, please email us at care@primeporter.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Prepaid orders — Refund processed back to the original payment method. A convenience fee and shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders — Refund issued as store credit, valid for 1 year, sent to your registered email address. A convenience fee and shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the credit amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something that doesn't look right? Email us at care@primeporter.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We'll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Requests made after 2 days of delivery will not be entertained
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Only one exchange per order will be entertained
- Prime Porter reserves the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing an exchange or refund
